Over 45 Years of Industrial Coating Excellence

NEVILLEÂ PROTECTIVE COATINGS LLC
A Solid Foundation
Founded in 1976 by Fred Neville, Neville Protective Coatings LLC began as a family-owned applicator specializing in troweled immersion-service linings and industrial flooring systems. From the start, our focus has been on delivering long-term protection and performance for demanding industrial environments — with a strong emphasis on the pulp and paper industry.

A Legacy of Quality and Results
During the 1980s and 1990s, Neville became trusted by mills nationwide for high-performance lining installations in critical process areas such as stock chests, whitewater tanks, couch pits, and wire pits. Our systems consistently provided reliable corrosion resistance, extended service life, and reduced downtime across multiple paper machines.

In the early 2000s, Chris Neville took over leadership from his father, continuing the family’s commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and innovation. Under Chris’s guidance, Neville expanded its expertise into bleach plant and kraft mill applications, where our team has successfully applied troweled vinyl ester and epoxy linings in D-stage towers, upflows, washer vats, seal boxes, and E-stage processes.

Proven Performance Across Industries
Over the past 20 years, Neville has installed more than 750,000 square feet of troweled lining systems throughout North America — delivering measurable cost savings and long-term reliability. Many mills have transitioned from brick and tile to Neville linings, reducing maintenance costs and improving operational uptime. Our coatings are also performing exceptionally in ClOâ‚‚ storage tanks, replacing brick linings with corrosion-resistant, seamless solutions.

Built on Experience and Integrity
With over 45 years of industry experience, Neville Protective Coatings has evolved into a preferred applicator for paper mills and chemical plants seeking dependable, long-term protection. Our work is backed by a 10-year warranty, reflecting the confidence we have in our materials, craftsmanship, and proven performance record.

At Neville, quality isn’t a slogan — it’s a standard that has defined our company for nearly five decades.
QUALITY AND INNOVATION

Every project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, quality standards, and innovation — ensuring our clients receive long-term performance in even the harshest environments. Simply put, if it needs to be protected, Neville Protective Coatings can do it all.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
At Neville Protective Coatings, we take pride in our craftsmanship and commitment to quality across every project. Every job we complete is held to the same high standards of quality and durability that have defined Neville Protective Coatings for more than four decades.

PAST PROJECTS
PROVEN RESULTS
Neville Protective Coatings has completed extensive lining work throughout this bleach plant, protecting key process vessels from harsh chemical environments. Our experienced crews installed high-performance vinyl ester and epoxy linings designed to resist chlorine dioxide, caustic, and bleaching chemicals while extending the service life of each structure.

Each of these vessels plays a vital role in the pulp bleaching process. Neville’s proven application methods and long-term material performance continue to provide reliable corrosion resistance and minimize maintenance downtime for this facility.
